You already know, cachaça goes part of Brazilian History. It has always been and will be the tipical liquor from Brazil. Besides cachaça, Brazil has other strong colonization caracteristics. One of them is the racial ethnical mixture. Colonized by europeans, slaves coming from Africa and meeting the native indians, all of this cultural elements has made Brazil a country of many color skins, much swing and flavor. And that was exactly what makes cachaça Santa Terezinha synonim of Brazil. It is a mix of european imigrants and african slaves traditions. This mix occured the time the first immigrants got in Santa Teresa, a small town located in Espírito Santo state and tried this afrodisiac hot liquor consumed by the slaves who used to work in the close farms. Then the imigrants learned how to make cachaça based on winw manufaturing methods. Cachaça Santa Terezinha has been made the same way for a hundred years, using a particular fermentation and destilations process using a cuprum distillery with fresh sugar cane and high sacarosis drift.
When anyone drinks Cachaça Santa Terezinha, soon that onde feels the difference: a magical hot flavor with a special taste.
But it’s very easy to explain: Cachaça Santa Terezinha is inspired in the country.
And like Brazil those ones who try it, will never forget it.
